Alex and Arian replaced my old heat pump with a new system in less than two hours while the wind speed was 70km/h and they didn’t complain. They took all the rubbish. The job was completed with a neat and clean finish. They were very professional and well mannered and I was asked how I preferred the wiring to be, they even drained the old system’s water outside the property. they didn’t mess up my property they used the old screw holes and couldn’t tell that the system was replaced that’s how good the final result was. I am very happy and will use them again.

How do I know if my wiring is faulty?
- Common signs of faulty wiring include power regularly tripping, flickering or dimming lights, buzzing or crackling from switches or outlets, hot or discoloured power points and burning smells. If you notice any of these, turn the circuit off and contact an electrician.
Is faulty wiring dangerous?
- Yes. Faulty wiring can lead to electric shock, damage to appliances and electrical fires. Even if the problem seems minor, it should be checked by a licensed electrician as soon as possible.
What should I do if my safety switch keeps tripping?
- Try unplugging appliances on that circuit and reset the safety switch. If it still trips, there may be a fault in the wiring or a fixed appliance. Leave the circuit off if it will not reset and call an electrician to test and locate the issue.
Do I need to rewire my whole house?
- Not always. Sometimes only a section of wiring or a single circuit needs to be repaired or replaced. After testing we will explain the condition of your wiring and whether targeted repairs or a full rewire is the safest option.
