Tim and Rami replaced our old hot water system with Emerald All-In-One Heat Pump Heater on 16/9/2024. They're very professional and polite. Alex and Arian replaced my old heat pump with a new system in less than two hours while the wind speed was 70km/h and they didn’t complain. They took all the rubbish. The job was completed with a neat and clean finish. They were very professional and well mannered and I was asked how I preferred the wiring to be, they even drained the old system’s water outside the property. they didn’t mess up my property they used the old screw holes and couldn’t tell that the system was replaced that’s how good the final result was. I am very happy and will use them again.

Do I need an electrician to install a ceiling fan?
- Yes. Ceiling fans are hard wired fittings and must be installed by a licensed electrician. This ensures the wiring, switching and support are safe and compliant.
Can you install a ceiling fan where I currently have a light?
- In many cases yes. We can often use the existing light position as the fan location, then adjust wiring and switching to suit the new fan or fan and light combination. We will confirm on site if any extra support or wiring changes are needed.
Do I need extra support in the ceiling for a fan?

Ceiling fans must be attached to a suitable support structure, not just plaster. We check the fixing point and install additional brackets or mounts if required so the fan is safely supported.
Can I use the same fan indoors and outdoors?
- Indoor fans are not always suitable for outdoor use. For patios and alfresco areas we recommend fans that are specifically rated for damp or outdoor locations so they can handle moisture and exposure.
What happens on installation day?
- We confirm fan locations, protect work areas, install any necessary support in the ceiling, complete wiring and mounting, then test the fan on all speeds and test any lights. Once everything is working, we show you how to use the controls and clean up the area.
