Alex and Arian replaced my old heat pump with a new system in less than two hours while the wind speed was 70km/h and they didn’t complain. They took all the rubbish. The job was completed with a neat and clean finish. They were very professional and well mannered and I was asked how I preferred the wiring to be, they even drained the old system’s water outside the property. they didn’t mess up my property they used the old screw holes and couldn’t tell that the system was replaced that’s how good the final result was. I am very happy and will use them again.

Can you install a dishwasher I have already bought?
- Yes. As long as the unit meets Australian standards we can install it. We will check the space, access to water, drainage and power before we start.
Do I need both a plumber and an electrician?
- In many homes an existing powerpoint and plumbing setup can be used, so the main work is plumbing. If you need a new powerpoint, circuit or changes to wiring, a licensed electrician is required. We can coordinate both trades where needed.
What if there has never been a dishwasher in this spot before?

We can often create a new connection point by extending water and drainage from the kitchen sink and adding a suitable powerpoint. We will assess access in the cabinet and under the sink and explain what is involved.
Can you remove and dispose of my old dishwasher?
- Yes. We can disconnect and remove the old unit as part of the job and leave the area tidy. Just let us know when you book so we allow for handling and disposal.
What happens during a dishwasher installation?
- We isolate water and power, disconnect and remove the old unit if needed, prepare the cabinet space and check hoses and wiring. We then connect water and drainage, plug in or wire the appliance, level and secure it, and run a test cycle to check for leaks and correct operation.
