Tim and Rami replaced our old hot water system with Emerald All-In-One Heat Pump Heater on 16/9/2024. They're very professional and polite. Did great job installing, took away old heater and cleaned all rubbish away. Gave me detailed information about operation of the system. Alex and Arian replaced my old heat pump with a new system in less than two hours while the wind speed was 70km/h and they didn’t complain. They took all the rubbish. The job was completed with a neat and clean finish. They were very professional and well mannered and I was asked how I preferred the wiring to be, they even drained the old system’s water outside the property. they didn’t mess up my property they used the old screw holes and couldn’t tell that the system was replaced that’s how good the final result was. I am very happy and will use them again.
