Why repair or replace your toilet?
A faulty toilet is more than an inconvenience. Constant running wastes water, leaks can damage floors and ceilings, and blockages can cause overflows and smells. Old or cracked pans and cisterns are also harder to clean and more likely to fail.
Having your toilet repaired or replaced by a licensed plumber fixes the problem properly and helps protect the rest of your plumbing and bathroom.
- Stop water waste from constantly running cisterns
- Prevent leaks that damage floors, walls and ceilings
- Improve hygiene and reduce smells
- Upgrade to a modern, easy to clean toilet suite
- Make sure all pipework and connections are watertight and compliant

Customer Testimonials
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my toilet keep running after I flush?
- This is usually caused by worn outlet valves, faulty inlet valves or incorrect water levels in the cistern. Water continues to escape into the bowl which wastes water and can be noisy. Replacing the internal parts normally fixes the issue.
Can you just replace the cistern, or do I need a whole new toilet?
- In many cases we can replace or repair only the cistern. If the pan is cracked, badly stained or mismatched with new parts, it may make more sense to replace the entire suite. We will explain both options on site.
What causes a toilet to leak at the base?
-
Leaks at the base are often due to failed seals, pan collars or cracks in the pan or pipework. These leaks can damage flooring and create smells, so they should be repaired as soon as possible.
Can you install a toilet I have already bought?
- Yes. If you have already purchased a toilet that meets Australian standards, we can install it. We will check that it suits your existing plumbing layout before starting work.
What happens during a toilet replacement?
- We isolate the water, remove the old toilet, clean and prepare the area, then install the new pan and cistern, connect water and waste, seal around the base and test for leaks and correct operation. Once everything is working, we take away the old toilet and leave the area tidy.
