Alex and Arian replaced my old heat pump with a new system in less than two hours while the wind speed was 70km/h and they didn’t complain. They took all the rubbish. The job was completed with a neat and clean finish. They were very professional and well mannered and I was asked how I preferred the wiring to be, they even drained the old system’s water outside the property. they didn’t mess up my property they used the old screw holes and couldn’t tell that the system was replaced that’s how good the final result was. I am very happy and will use them again.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you install washing machines and dryers I have already bought?
- Yes. As long as the appliances meet Australian standards we can install them. We will check space, access, taps, drainage and power before we start so there are no surprises.
Do I need both a plumber and an electrician?
- If you already have suitable taps, drainage and powerpoints, the main work is plumbing and setup. If new outlets, circuits or wiring changes are needed, a licensed electrician is required. We can coordinate both trades where needed.
Can you stack my washer and dryer?

Yes, provided the models are compatible and a proper stacking kit is used. We will check the manufacturer instructions, wall or floor stability and clearances before setting up a stacked system.
Do dryers need to be vented outside?
- Vented dryers should ideally be ducted outside, especially in small or enclosed laundries, to reduce moisture and condensation. Condenser and heat pump dryers release less moisture but still benefit from good ventilation. We can advise and install ducting where possible.
What happens during a washing machine and dryer installation?
- We isolate water and power, disconnect and remove old units if required, prepare the space and check taps, drains and powerpoints. We then move the new appliances into position, connect hoses and power, level and secure them, and run test cycles to check for leaks, drainage and correct operation. Once everything is working, we clean up the work area.
