Alex and Arian replaced my old heat pump with a new system in less than two hours while the wind speed was 70km/h and they didn’t complain. They took all the rubbish. The job was completed with a neat and clean finish. They were very professional and well mannered and I was asked how I preferred the wiring to be, they even drained the old system’s water outside the property. they didn’t mess up my property they used the old screw holes and couldn’t tell that the system was replaced that’s how good the final result was. I am very happy and will use them again.

Our whole home water filtration systems are installed exclusively by fully licensed and insured plumbers, ensuring every job is completed safely, neatly, and in full compliance with Australian standards, including AS/NZS 3500.

From connecting at your main water line to mounting the system, setting up bypass valves, and pressure-testing the entire installation, our team handles the process end-to-end with precision and care.

About Us

Water Filter Installation – What You Need to Know

We want installation to be quick and smooth. Here’s the important info:

Installation Location
  • Includes installation on the house or within 1.5 metres of the water meter, depending on what the plumber decides is safest and most compliant on the day.
  • If it needs to go further than 1.5m, we’ll quote before starting.
  • Your water meter must be visible and easy to access (not buried, concreted in, boxed in, or covered by plants).
  • If we need to dig, clear vegetation or cut concrete, extra charges apply.
  • Water pressure must be under 500 kPa.
  • If a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) is needed, supply & install is $300 + GST.
  • If plumbing is damaged, leaking, or unsafe, we’ll let you know and discuss options.
  • Filters must be replaced every 12 months to keep water clean and flow strong.
  • A $250 booking fee applies.
  • If we attend site and can’t install (no access, no one home, unsafe plumbing, same-day cancellation), the booking fee becomes a service call.
  • Rescheduling requires a new $250 booking fee.
